1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and sixer6 ("sixer6", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sixer6 website located at sixer6.app, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the sixer6 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the sixer6 Privacy Policy, and the sixer6 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the sixer6 platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence unless terminated in accordance with Section 11 below.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the sixer6 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sixer6 operates a strict 18+ policy. Creating an account while under 18 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds deposited.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of sixer6 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from sixer6 under a self-exclusion or enforcement action.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party when using the sixer6 platform.

sixer6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the sixer6 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. sixer6 employs technical and manual measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. sixer6 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false information — including false dates of birth, names, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sixer6 login credentials. sixer6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password. You must notify sixer6 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sixer6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sixer6 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. sixer6 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sixer6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sixer6 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made using accounts belonging to family members or associates — are prohibited. sixer6 will return funds deposited from third-party sources and may suspend the associated sixer6 account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. sixer6 aims to process approved withdrawals within four (4) to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method selected. Processing times may vary. sixer6 reserves the right to delay withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or policy breach is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions on sixer6 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sixer6 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a user's bank or payment provider are the user's sole responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on the sixer6 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market.

sixer6 reserves the right to void bets and wagers in circumstances including — but not limited to — technical errors, manifest pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or any other circumstance that would render the outcome of a bet materially unfair to either party. In the event of a void bet, stakes are returned to the user's sixer6 account balance.

sixer6 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or betting option. Games and markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers available on sixer6 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion. General bonus conditions that apply across all sixer6 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered users who have completed KYC verification.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• sixer6 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any accrued qualifying activity prior to the amendment date will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sixer6 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or any strategy designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine wagering intent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit weaknesses in live dealer games.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity. sixer6 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the sixer6 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other sixer6 verification process.

sixer6 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, withhold funds, and report users to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sixer6 platform — including but not limited to the sixer6 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary property of sixer6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sixer6 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of sixer6 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixer6 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or deposits arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond sixer6's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sixer6 platform.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the sixer6 platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent possibility.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security or failure to comply with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

sixer6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help users maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered sixer6 users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent unplanned spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set session duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the sixer6 platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and all marketing communications will cease.

sixer6 does not extend credit to users and does not encourage users to bet beyond their means. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your sixer6 account or to seek support from established gambling support organisations.

11 Suspension & Termination

sixer6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity is identified or suspected.
• A user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A user fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.

Users may close their own sixer6 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus obligations, provided no outstanding policy breach has been identified.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sixer6 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the sixer6 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments

sixer6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their sixer6 account or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the sixer6 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
